Terms of Use

Draft — to be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.

Last updated:

These Terms govern your use of Bloxhive, operated by [Operator legal name] (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or connecting a wallet, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not accept them, do not use Bloxhive.

01

What Bloxhive is

Bloxhive is a website (the “Site”) that lets you interact with a program deployed on the Solana blockchain (the “Program”). With it, anyone can launch a “game token” for a Roblox game idea, buy and sell game tokens, and lock tokens to vote on the features the game should get next.

Trading fees fill an on-chain Build Vault for each game. That vault pays AI coding agents, run by us, to build the game and publish it on Roblox.

We provide software. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, bank, investment adviser or fiduciary. Every transaction is signed by you in your own wallet and executed by the Program on Solana. We never hold your funds or your private keys.

02

Who can use Bloxhive

You may use the Site only if all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher. Roblox is popular with children: the Site is not for them.
  • You are not a person targeted by sanctions (for example lists kept by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the US Office of Foreign Assets Control), and you are not located in, or a resident of, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions.
  • You are not located in, or a resident of, [Restricted jurisdictions]. This list will be decided with counsel before launch.
  • Using the Site and holding or trading game tokens is legal where you are. Checking this is your job.

Do not use a VPN or any other tool to get around these restrictions. We may block access to the Site from any location or wallet, at any time.

03

Your wallet

You connect a self-custodial wallet such as Phantom or Solflare. You alone control it and are responsible for its security, your seed phrase and your private keys. We will never ask for them.

Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot cancel, reverse or refund a transaction, recover a lost wallet, or move tokens on your behalf. You pay Solana network fees and the rent for any account a transaction creates (about 0.02 SOL to launch a game).

04

No investment advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Prices, charts, market caps, “trending” rankings, build logs and Roblox statistics are shown for information only. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

Make your own decisions, and talk to a qualified professional if you need advice.

05

What a game token is (and is not)

Each game token is a Solana Token-2022 token with a fixed supply of 1 billion. The supply is minted once at launch and the mint authority is revoked in the same transaction, so no one can ever mint more.

A game token lets you do two things: trade it, and lock it to vote on feature proposals for its game.

A game token gives you no right to revenue, dividends, profit share or Robux, no ownership of the game, its code or its intellectual property, and no claim of any kind against us or against the game’s creator.

Votes are a signal. The build oracle uses them to choose the next feature, but a winning proposal is not a promise that the feature will be built, or built the way you expect. Locked tokens are returned once the vote ends.

Anyone can launch a game token. We do not vet creators, and listing a game on the Site is not an endorsement. We do not intend game tokens to be securities or other financial instruments, but regulators or courts may take a different view (see the Risk Disclosure).

06

Fees

Every buy and every sell pays a trading fee, currently 1% of the SOL amount of the trade. It is split as follows:

  • 70% to the game’s Build Vault, which pays for building the game;
  • 20% to the game’s creator;
  • 10% to the protocol treasury, which covers infrastructure, RPC and human review of builds.

The fee and its split are set in the Program’s configuration by our admin key. We may change them for future trades. The Program hard-codes one limit: the fee can never exceed 2%. Fees are taken automatically by the Program and are not refundable.

07

Launching a game

When you launch a game, you submit a name, ticker, pitch, genre and cover image. The name, ticker and a link to the metadata are written on-chain together with a fingerprint (hash) of the pitch. On-chain data is public and permanent: neither you nor we can edit or delete it.

You confirm that you have the right to submit this material and that it follows the content rules below. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt it on the Site, and to give it to the AI agents as the brief for building the game.

As a creator you receive your share of trading fees through the Program. You do not control the Build Vault, the agents or the game, and the fee share is not a salary or a guarantee of income.

08

AI-built games

Games are built by AI coding agents (Claude, by Anthropic, through the Claude Agent SDK) run by our off-chain build service. The agents write Luau code, build the Roblox place, test it and publish it through Roblox Open Cloud. Humans may review builds.

We make no promise that a game will be:

  • built at all, finished, or published on Roblox;
  • playable, bug-free, fun, or faithful to the pitch or to the votes;
  • kept online, updated or maintained;
  • successful, popular, or able to attract any players.

How fast a game progresses depends on the money in its Build Vault, the cost of AI compute and our capacity. AI agents make mistakes. Roblox may refuse, moderate or remove a game at any time.

09

How the Build Vault is spent

Only one key can spend a Build Vault: the build oracle key, which we control. You are trusting us to use it honestly and competently. The Program adds public guarantees:

  • each payment creates a public Sprint record with its cost, the git commit of the code, the hash of the published place file and the Roblox place version;
  • each sprint is capped (currently at most 50% of the vault’s available balance) and sprints are spaced out (currently at least 1 hour apart).

These limits are set by our admin key and can be changed. The Program cannot check that off-chain work actually matches the cost or the hashes it records. Money paid out of a vault is not refundable to holders or creators.

Our admin key can also change the build oracle key and pause the Program in an emergency. While the Program is paused, launching games, trading, opening proposals and running sprints stop for every game. Unlocking votes and claiming creator fees keep working.

10

Content rules

These rules apply to everything you submit: game names, tickers, pitches, cover images and proposal titles. Do not submit anything that:

  • infringes someone else’s rights, for example other games, franchises, brands, characters, music or a real person’s name or likeness;
  • is hateful, harassing or discriminatory;
  • is sexual or sexually suggestive, or involves minors in any inappropriate way;
  • threatens, encourages or depicts violence toward real people;
  • is misleading: scams, impersonation, promises of returns, or claims of a link with Roblox or any other company;
  • is illegal, or would break the Roblox Community Standards or Terms of Use;
  • asks for crypto, blockchain or NFT content inside the game. The agents will not build it.
11

Moderation

We may, at our discretion and without notice, hide any game or proposal from the Site, refuse to build it, take a published game off Roblox, and block its builds on-chain. A blocked game cannot run any sprint; the money already in its Build Vault stays there.

We cannot stop a token from existing or from trading through the Program: hiding a game on the Site does not remove it from Solana, and other websites may still show it.

To report content, write to [contact email].

12

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, code, text and the Bloxhive name and logo belong to [Operator legal name] or its licensors. You may use the Site for its intended purpose; you may not copy or reuse them otherwise without permission.

The game code and assets produced by the AI agents in a game’s workspace are owned by, or licensed to, [Operator legal name] [to confirm with counsel]. Buying a token or launching a game does not give you any right in that code, in those assets or in the published game.

Some jurisdictions do not protect AI-generated material by copyright, and AI output can unintentionally resemble existing works. We will remove material if we learn that it infringes someone’s rights.

13

Roblox

Bloxhive is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

Games built through Bloxhive contain no crypto, blockchain or NFT content. In-game purchases use standard Roblox Game Passes and Developer Products. Any Robux they earn goes to the Roblox account that publishes the game and is not shared with token holders.

Playing a game on Roblox is governed by Roblox’s own terms. Roblox may change its rules, remove a game or suspend an account at any time.

14

Third-party services

The Site relies on services we do not control: the Solana network, RPC providers, wallet apps, Roblox, Anthropic and our hosting providers. They have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages, errors or decisions.

15

Prohibited use

You must not use the Site to:

  • break any law, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering and tax laws;
  • manipulate markets, for example through wash trading, coordinated pump-and-dump schemes or spoofing;
  • exploit a bug in the Site or the Program, or attack, overload or scrape the Site in a harmful way;
  • mislead other users or impersonate anyone, including Bloxhive, a creator or Roblox.
16

Risks

Game tokens are speculative and their value can fall to zero. The Program has not been audited at the time of writing. Before using Bloxhive, read the Risk Disclosure, which is part of these Terms.

17

Disclaimers

The Site and the Program are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In demo mode, games, prices and trades are simulated and saved only in your browser. They have no value and are not real transactions.

18

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, tokens, SOL, data, opportunity or goodwill;
  • we are not liable for losses caused by your wallet, the Solana network, third-party services, other users, market movements, or bugs in the Program;
  • our total liability to you for all claims is limited to [amount to confirm with counsel].

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

You agree to compensate us for claims and costs arising from your content, your breach of these Terms or your breach of the law.

19

Suspension

We may suspend or end your access to the Site, or shut the Site down, at any time. The Program lives on Solana independently of the Site, so tokens you hold stay in your wallet.

20

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes go to the courts of [Jurisdiction], without affecting any mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. Dispute resolution (courts, arbitration, class-action waiver) is [to confirm with counsel].

21

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and flag important changes on the Site. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new Terms.
