Privacy Policy

Draft — to be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.

Last updated:

This policy explains what personal data Bloxhive handles, why, and what you can do about it. Bloxhive is built to need as little data as possible: you use it with a self-custodial wallet, without an account.

01

The short version

  • No accounts, no email collection, no tracking or advertising cookies by default.
  • Your wallet address and everything you do on-chain are public on Solana, by design. We cannot hide or delete them.
  • What creators submit about a game (name, ticker, pitch, genre, cover image) is public.
  • We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
02

Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed through the Site is [Operator legal name], [Registered address]. Contact: [contact email].

Whether a data protection officer or an EU/UK representative must be appointed is [to confirm with counsel].

03

What we collect

Wallet data. When you connect a wallet, the Site reads your public address and balances from the blockchain to show your positions and to prepare transactions for you to sign. Your wallet app holds your keys; we never see them.

Game metadata. When you launch a game, we store the name, ticker, pitch, genre and cover image you submit, linked to the token’s mint address. This information is published on the Site, and the creator’s wallet address is recorded on-chain.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the Site and keep it secure. Your browser also sends requests, including your IP address and wallet address, to the RPC provider that connects the Site to Solana.

Messages. If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message.

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or identity documents to use the Site.

04

Public blockchain data

Solana is a public ledger. Your wallet address, balances, trades, votes, game launches and creator fee claims are visible to anyone, forever. The Site only displays what is already public.

We do not control the blockchain and cannot change or erase anything recorded on it, including in response to a data protection request. Blockchain analysis can sometimes link a wallet address to a real person: keep this in mind before you transact.

05

Why we use it

We use data only to:

  • run the Site and show games, prices and build progress (performance of our Terms, or legitimate interest);
  • publish creators’ games and give their pitch to the AI agents that build them (performance of our Terms);
  • keep the Site secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest);
  • moderate content (legitimate interest);
  • comply with the law, for example sanctions rules or valid requests from authorities (legal obligation).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

06

Service providers

We work with the following providers, which process data on our behalf or receive it as part of their service:

  • Vercel, which hosts the Site and processes request logs;
  • Upstash (Redis), which stores game metadata;
  • an RPC provider (for example Helius), which receives your browser’s requests to Solana;
  • Roblox public APIs, which we call to show game statistics. We send Roblox no data about you;
  • Anthropic, whose AI models receive game pitches and proposal titles, which are public content, in order to build the games.

Your wallet app (Phantom, Solflare or another) is a separate service with its own privacy policy.

07

International transfers

Some providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where the GDPR applies, transfers rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Mechanisms per provider: [to confirm with counsel].

08

How long we keep it

  • Game metadata: as long as the game is listed on the Site. Its on-chain part is permanent and outside our control.
  • Server and RPC logs: according to each provider’s retention period, at most [retention period].
  • Emails: as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted.
  • Data in your browser’s local storage: until you clear it.
09

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent you gave. To exercise them, write to [contact email].

To check that a request about a wallet comes from you, we may ask you to sign a message with that wallet. We will never ask for your seed phrase. Remember that we cannot modify or delete on-chain data.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular the one where you live or work.

10

Cookies and local storage

By default, the Site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage only for interface preferences and for demo mode. That data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

11

Children

Although the games are published on Roblox, the Site is only for adults (see the Terms of Use). We do not knowingly process data about children. If you believe a child has submitted content, contact us and we will remove it from the Site.

12

Security

We protect the data we hold with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system is perfectly secure. Your wallet’s security is in your hands: never share your seed phrase, and always check you are on the real Bloxhive site before signing a transaction.

13

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and flag important changes on the Site.
